Mental Wellness
A: No, however we suggest speaking with your service provider about the coverage you may have to continue therapy beyond the sessions Righteous Roots provides.
A: With an approved profile, ten sessions are provided to each individual, free of charge.
A: No.
A: Although Righteous Roots covers ten sessions per individual, there are resources outside of Righteous Roots that may assist with mental wellness costs.
A: We’ve partnered with BetterHelp, an online portal that provides direct-to-consumer access to mental health services.
A: We are currently only allowing access to the program once per person, as we would like to help as many people as possible.
A: Currently, individual-only sessions are provided. The best way to stay updated on expanded resources is to join our email list here [insert link].
A: While Righteous Roots provides individual-only sessions, the providers may have group therapy options to explore after individual sessions are exhausted.
A: Yes, all service providers are licensed professionals.
A: Please seek immediate assistance by calling 9-1-1.
A: You will have the option to engage with your mental health professional in person, over the telephone, video call and by text.

A: We review all completed accounts for approval within seven business days.

A: In-kind donations for services, such a therapy or dietician services, are greatly appreciated. For this type of donation, please fill out our contact form with “In-Kind Services” in the subject line and we will respond with more information.
Product donations, such as new hygiene supplies for our homeless community and other similar donations, are also accepted. Please fill out our contact form with “Product Donation” in the subject line and we will respond with more information.
Scholarships
A: Scholarship applicants must be high school juniors, seniors, college freshmen, or college sophomores.
A: Recipients of the scholarships will be notified by email, mail, and phone.
A: Awards are paid directly to the recipient.
A: Yes. Multiple applications are accepted. However, an individual is only eligible to win one scholarship from Righteous Roots.
A: Yes. However, applicants will only be awarded one scholarship from Righteous Roots.
A: After contact with the scholarship recipient, a check will be sent by certified mail and should arrive in 7-10 business days.
We can also provide the award via ACH.
Straight to the Root
A: Someone may submit a referral, detailing why you would be a good fit to be featured. Righteous Roots may also reach out to you, unsolicited, based on something we saw regarding you or your product.
